My Account? How do I access my information?
You can access your account by logging in at the top right side of the website.
Once you have logged in you will see your account options on the top left menu above ‘Categories’.
Here you can review, change or delete personal information.
You can also check your orders and order history.
Postage & Handling Cost?
All items are posted by Australia Post – Regular or Express Post
$6.95 - Regular Post - flat rate for all orders
$9.50 - Express Post - flat rate for all orders
Postage is calculated and shown in your shopping cart, and can be chosen at checkout.
Payment Methods?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Payment is done through the secure PayPal online payment gateway.
You can pay using your existing PayPal account.
You can also pay using your Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard).
Delivery?
Depending on the delivery method chosen, your order will be shipped/posted via
Australia Post - Regular or Express Post.
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours/business days from when we receive your order.
Please keep in mind your most suitable daytime address to receive your order.

Yes. Our site is secured by GeoTrust SSL Certificate.
Yes. We use a PayPal as our payment gateway.
They have very high payment security standards using encryption & SSL (Secure Socket Link).
A locked padlock will be displayed at the end of the address bar during the checkout process to indicate a secure link.
Do you have a store front/retail store?
We do NOT have a store front or retail store. We only sell online.
International orders?
We DO NOT accept orders outside of Australia.
We DO NOT ship Internationally or post orders to addresses outside of Australia.
Do you wholesale?
We do not wholesale products on Girly Essentials.
